Pricing
Stock Group A/S makes reservations for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, all prices are indicative and we therefore reserve the right to change them without prior consent. Reservations are also made for sold-out and discontinued products. All prices are in DKK and ex VAT. Delivery is always included in our prices regardless of the amount.

Payment options
Stock Group A/S accepts payment by bank transfer via invoice. Invoices are sent the same day (+/- 1 business day) that the item is physically dispatched from our warehouse. As a rule, new customers are always created with prepayment as a payment term. This can of course be changed to our standard payment term net of 8 days at a later point. If you are unsure about your payment terms, please contact us at info@stockgroup.dk.

Of course, we offer payment by supplier service and always recommend our customers to sign up for this. Contact us at info@stockgroup.dk if you want to sign up.

Ownership
We reserve the right to retain ownership of goods purchased from Stock Group A/S until the goods are paid for. In the event of non-payment, the product(s) can therefore be withdrawn by Stock Group A/S at any time without any form of compensation to the buyer. If the item(s) have been damaged during the buyer’s right of disposal, a claim for compensation may be made for this.

Validity of orders
An order is only finally confirmed by us when you receive an order confirmation from our ERP system. The order notification that you automatically receive from our webshop system is not a final order confirmation and should not be construed as such.

We always reserve the right to refuse orders. Reasons for this include products being exclusive to certain customers or a lack of solvency on the part of the customer.

Delivery
Stock Group A/S endeavours to dispatch orders the same day that are received in our system before 13.00. Orders placed at a later time will be dispatched the next business day, unless otherwise stated on the individual product. Refrigerated and frozen goods are shipped from our external partners and may have a longer delivery time.

All orders are processed by one of Stock Group A/S’ partners. We always deliver with either GLS or Danske Fragtmænd for non-food and Jørn Saaby Transport for refrigerated and frozen goods.

Right of complaint
Stock Group A/S gives all B2B customers a 2-year warranty unless otherwise agreed in writing. No reduced price labels may be written on, or attached to, the packaging of returned goods. If you have defective goods that need to be returned, please contact us at info@stockgroup.dk to arrange a refund and fill out a return form.

For returns, complaints and to invoke your right of cancellation, the item must be sent to our warehouse:

Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Refunds
In case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund. Alternatively, it must be filled in on the return slip.

Right of return
No returns are offered on goods purchased from Stock Group A/S unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Complaint options
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Center for Klageløsning (“Centre for Complaints Resolution”), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg.
