You can easily order items via our webshop or the Stock Group app.

If you’re not yet a customer, simply fill out the reseller form and you can get started quickly.

You are always welcome to contact one of our skilled sales representatives as well. Here, you can get good advice and expert guidance, and we can work with you to put together the right offering for your business.

If you have mistakenly placed an incorrect order via our webshop or app, it is important that you call us immediately. This gives us time to correct the error before your order is dispatched. You can reach us by phone at +45 89 80 62 29.

If you have ordered via one of our consultants or other sales channels, please contact them directly as soon as you realise the error.

For several of our item numbers, you can place an order for greater quantities than we have in stock. Just give us a call and we’ll create a backorder for you and set it up in the system. This way, the remaining quantity is delivered as soon as we can stock the goods again.

No matter how you make your purchase, you will always receive an order confirmation for your order. The order confirmation contains the agreed quantity and price.

Please note that the order confirmation is always indicative and reservations are made for possible errors.

Your payment terms will appear on the individual invoice you receive from us after your purchase. Payment is never made online, but only via an invoice with the agreed payment terms.

Payment terms are always assessed and agreed individually from customer to customer at Stock Group. If you are unsure about your payment terms, you can always contact us.

New customers are always created as a prepaying customer. We also always recommend signing up to Supplier Service to make payment easier.

The invoice is always sent to you electronically on the same day (+/- 1 working day after we have dispatched the goods from our warehouse).

We use various selected and well-known transport providers at Stock Group, depending on the volume and nature of the goods.

Frozen goods are distributed by Jørn Saaby Transport. Nonfood is distributed by Danske Fragtmænd for pallets and GLS for parcels.

We can never guarantee that your order will be delivered as a single delivery. Our goods can be shipped from different warehouse locations and frozen goods are always delivered by a different carrier than non-food.

In addition, you may also have placed orders for stock items that are delivered immediately and items that are delivered in the future. In such cases, we will always ship stock items immediately. The remainder is shipped as it arrives in stock.

As a customer of Stock Group, you can always be sure that we will deliver your order as quickly as possible. Stock items are delivered within 1-2 business days.

As a rule, you can always see the expected delivery time under the individual product in the webshop and app.

For products that are pre-orders and not yet in stock, you can always see the month we expect to deliver to you.

However, please note that this estimate is indicative only. We make reservations for delays from our suppliers and the carrier.

All stock items ordered before 13.00 are generally delivered to you the following day.

However, we and our partners may be busy and this may not be possible.
